Bon Voyage!!

Hi there!! Three days in a row.. I'm a rock star. LOL!! Just kidding. I am playing a little bit of catch up now. For today's project, I decided I wanted to make a journal for my mom for when we go on holidays at the end of May. My mom loves journalling about all the adventures so this is a perfect gift. I'll be making one for myself soon. For my journal, I have used Arrivadercibella from Stamping Bella and have colored her with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. The DP is a mixture of a few different companies.

See you Friday for Bellarific Friday.

Feeling Springy

I've been feeling Spring lately and I'm loving the weather we are finally having. So needless to say, it has me thinking about Sunshine and all the fun things I can finally do. For my first card today, I have used Sunshiny Flynn (it's currently out of stock... it was in stock when I made the card) and a recent Retro Sketch challenge. The image has been colored with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol.

For my second card, I wanted to go clean and simple using two different stamp sets. The sentiment comes from the latest release and is called Flower for a true friend. I have stamped the flower called Fluffy flower head with Rose Bud ink by Memento. I love how crisp the card looks and how the pink just pops.

Thanks for popping by!!!

Surfing time....

Hi there!!! Can you believe it?? Just a couple of days between posts?? We are finally getting some sunshine so I decided I needed to ink up Surfafella from Stamping Bella. I have stamped the image with Archival Black ink and then coloured it with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol.  The DP's are just a variety of DP I had sitting on my desk. Score!!!

I'll be back tomorrow with another fun card!!

I hold your heart

Hi there!!! I hope you've all been having a great week. I'm trying to enjoy the fantastic sunshine we have had the last couple of days.  This week, at Stamping Bella we had a fantastic sketch to work with. For my card, I have used the fun Diane Duda image called "I carry your heart with me". I have stamped the image with Archival Black ink and then colored with Prismacolor pencils and gamsol.  I may have to dig my Distress markers or tombows out again as I bought the newer Distress markers today.

Next week's challenge is an inspiration pic.

You have until Thursday May 1st to get your card in to Emily at

Let's just say this image has captured my heart and was so much fun to colour.  I had some DP lying on my desk that I desperately needed to put away and thought these worked so well together.  The layout for my card is a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge

Don't forget you have until tomorrow night to get your Bellarific Friday card in to Emily at
